Master Tan Chee Sin
Due to the compassion of Buddha and the Protector God, understanding human suffering, choosing and acting through special medium, relieves the burden of ordinary people.
Master Tan Chee Sin was selected by the Tua Pek Gong this time to be his medium. Before he became a Master, he was the owner of a photo studio.
Master Tan was 32 years old, when he was diagnosed with cancer, the doctor told that he had 3 months left to live. He was immediately hospitalised for 2 months. After 2 months, the doctor told me that he had 3 days left to live. Upon hearing the news, Pek Gong came to me in his dream on the second day. He told him to discharge himself from the hospital and to assist him. Do his work on his behalf and he will save him and he agreed immediately. He discharged himself on the second day. After reached home, he went into coma for 6 months. The slumber lasted for half a year. This period put his family under tremendous duress.
When Master Tan Chee Sin suddenly woke up one day, he realised during his 6 months coma period, that Tua Pek Gong had taught him how to read divination cards with the purpose of helping people. And to follow Tua Pek Gong’s instructions to set up a small stall in the night market and offer free divination readings. After 2 months of readings Pek Gong told Master Tan to go back to his photo studio and continue the divination readings for people. Word of mouth will get around quickly, soon he was doing over 80 readings a day. Master Tan’s readings started from 9 am until 3 am. As believers and supporters increased, the Tua Pek Gong temple was finally established in 2000. Master Tan also used Tua Pek Gong’s temple name to initiate a lot of charitable work including the 2015 East Coast flood fund raising, treating patients, sponsoring medical expenses for patients, and donating blood.
Master Tan has a dream of a much larger temple, due to space constraints and ever increasing devotees. He also wish to start an old folks home and an orphanage to help people. Treating people for free. The effort of one person is not enough. He hopes that everyone can contribute what they can either financially or physically, together we can create a more prosperous life, with everlasting positive karma.
